Refund Policy

Las Vegas Mayor’s Cup International Tournament, Juniors and Showcase Refund Policy

Credit card fees are non-refundable for any reason. Refunds are based on the tournament fee described on our registration information page.

If the Mayor’s Cup is canceled you will receive a full refund of your tournament fees.

If team withdraws 30+ days prior to entry deadline • Full refund of tournament fees less $50.

If team withdraws 8-30 days prior to entry deadline • Full refund of tournament fees less $75.

If team withdraws 1-7 days prior to entry deadline • Full refund of tournament fees less $100.

If team withdraws after the entry deadline-We will attempt to replace your team with a wait-list team. Your refund of tournament fees will be determined by the price we are able to charge the replacement team. However, it will never be more than the entry fee less $100.
