ScoutingZone® is a cutting-edge mobile app that is changing the recruiting game for soccer tournaments, scouts, and players. The innovation that our tools provide takes scouting to new levels, making it easier and more efficient than ever before by streamlining the on-site scouting experience at tournaments and showcase events. ScoutingZone® provides a comprehensive, “virtual” database of player profiles where both soccer scouts and athletes will maximize their opportunities to find the perfect match.
ScoutingZone® gives players greater visibility among scouts and allows them to update their profiles to maximize exposure with photos and links to highlight videos. Players can create a Top 10 College list that alerts scouts of player matches for their program, increasing the opportunity for recruitment. In addition to streamlining the process for tournaments, scouts and players, ScoutingZone® eliminates the time and costs associated with printing player profile booklets—all while making the experience environmentally-friendly.

ScoutingZone® is our official onsite scouting/recruiting partner, which connects players and college coaches on the fields at our event. College coaches count on us to deliver accurate roster information, therefore it’s a tournament requirement for all teams & players U15 and older, to register in SZ.
**Please note that ALL items below must be completed or your team will not be visible to college coaches**
Team Managers & Players must be registered by Feb 10th**
For teams NEW to ScoutingZone®
Have your GotSoccer ID # on hand for the SZ registration process. www.gotsoccer.com is where you can obtain your GS ID. If you do not have a GotSoccer ID, please enter any 5 digit number in that field
- Go to www.scoutingzone.com – Click: REGISTER & Click: MANAGER
- Page 1: Select your club name from the dropdown, enter your details – Click: Register
- Page 2: Enter your team details – Click: Create
- You will be assigned your SZ Team Code and an email confirmation will be sent to you – Important info: Forward your SZ TEAM CODE & email confirmation to your players (the player registration instructions are in that email)
- Managers do NOT add players to the roster. Players register themselves using the SZ Team Code you provide them and will auto-populate onto your roster. SZ roster needs to match your tournament roster including committed players
- 5. It is imperative you “join” the event or your team will not be visible to colleges Locate: the 2024 (BOYS) Las Vegas Mayor’s Cup on right side, choose your age group, Click: JOIN

Note** If you receive a message that states: “Your GotSoccer ID is already taken or invalid” – please email support@scoutingzone.com
For teams ALREADY REGISTERED in ScoutingZone
- Go to www.scoutingzone.com and login to your manager account
- It is imperative you “join” the event or your team will not be visible to colleges
- Locate: the 2024 (BOYS) Las Vegas Mayor’s Cup on right side, choose your age group, Click: JOIN

- Locate: the 2024 (GIRLS) Las Vegas Mayor’s Cup on right side, choose your age group, Click: JOIN
- 3. Players missing from your roster – provide them your SZ TEAM CODE so that they can register. Remove any players no longer on your roster.
- Managers do NOT add players to the roster. Players register themselves using the SZ Team Code you provide them and will auto-populate onto your roster. SZ roster needs to match your tournament roster. Even committed players need to be listed.

ScoutingZone® is a cutting-edge mobile app that is changing the recruiting game for soccer tournaments, scouts, and players. The innovation that our tools provide takes scouting to new levels, making it easier and more efficient than ever before by streamlining the on-site scouting experience at tournaments and showcase events. ScoutingZone® provides a comprehensive, “virtual” database of player profiles where both soccer scouts and athletes will maximize their opportunities to find the perfect match.
Scouts can use the app to maintain a personal database of players while easily taking notes and privately rating them. They can flag new players they are interested in and communicate with or follow them on social media in real-time. Scouts will be able to view tournament schedules and search for specific players so that they can create and customize their schedules prior to and during tournaments. In addition, ScoutingZone® can easily be exported into NCAA compliance software.
