Las Vegas Mayors Cup International Tournaments Refund Policy
If team withdraws 30+ days prior to entry deadline-Full refund less $25.
If team withdraws 8-30 days prior to entry deadline-Full refund less $50.
If team withdraws 1-7 days prior to entry deadline-Full refund less $100.
If team withdraws after entry deadline-We will attempt to replace your team with a wait-list team. Your refund will be determined by the price we are able to charge the replacement team. However, it will never be more than the entry fee less $100.
